Founder of Jozori
Bilal Almadani is an entrepreneur, founder, and business leader with experience building and leading projects across technology, education, innovation, branding, and business development.
He holds a Master's Degree in Marketing and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a strong background in entrepreneurship, branding, and modern digital experiences.
Through his journey working across different industries, cultures, and international markets, he became deeply aware of an important challenge facing many Arab families worldwide: helping children stay connected to their language, identity, values, and cultural roots in an increasingly digital world.
Living across different countries and communities gave him a deeper understanding of how quickly children abroad can lose connection with their language and cultural identity — which became one of the core inspirations behind Jozori.
This vision inspired him to create Jozori — a modern platform designed to make Arabic learning, storytelling, values, and cultural connection feel joyful, safe, and meaningful for children and families everywhere.
His mission is not simply to build another educational app, but to help shape a generation that grows with confidence, strong identity, emotional intelligence, and pride in its roots.
