Meet the Founder
Bilal Almadani
Founder of Jozori
Bilal Almadani is an entrepreneur and founder passionate about building modern digital experiences centered around people, family, emotional growth, and meaningful values.
He holds a Master's degree in Marketing and a background in Business Administration, with experience in brand development, digital ventures, and creating ideas that combine technology with human connection and emotional impact.
Through his journey across different cultures and communities, he recognized a growing challenge facing many Arab families around the world: how to help children stay connected to their language, values, identity, and sense of belonging in a rapidly changing digital world.
Living and working across multiple countries also gave him a deeper understanding of the emotional and cultural challenges Arab children often experience, especially while growing up away from their roots and traditions.
From this realization, Jozori was born — not as a traditional educational app, but as a warm and emotionally grounded world where children can grow with confidence, kindness, awareness, and connection through stories, values, and small meaningful everyday experiences.
Through Jozori, his mission is not simply to provide content for children, but to help nurture a generation that feels emotionally secure, deeply rooted, confident in its identity, and connected to both family and culture.
Children in Jozori do not simply receive content — they experience a gentle journey that grows within them through warmth, confidence, and connection.
